REFILLS
If you are a current patient
and have been seen in our office within the last three
months, you may request a prescription refill.
Pharmacy Requests: Please
contact your pharmacy and instruct them to fax a refill
request to (256) 551-1902. They will have all of the
information needed to properly refill your prescription.
This is the most efficient method for you to obtain
your medication refill.
Patient Requests by Phone:
If it is necessary for you to discuss the refill with
one of our nurses, please call (256) 533-4402 and follow
the prompts for the nurses'/prescription refill line.
In the event our nurses are busy on other calls, please
leave a detailed message on the voicemail (information
required is listed below). Our nurses will call you
back as soon as possible.
Patient Requests by E-mail:
If you would like to request a prescription refill online,
please email your request to rxhull@clinicforneurology.com
if Dr. Hull is your doctor, or email rxmorgan@clinicforneurology.com
if Dr. Morgan is your doctor. We will notify you by
return email of the action taken on your request.
ALL PATIENT REQUESTS BY
E-MAIL AND PHONE MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- The full name, phone number,
and address of the patient
- Date of birth of the patient
- Name of our physician
- Name of medication
- Pharmacy name and phone number
- E-mail address or phone number
where you can be reached at the time of message

you have not seen us within the last three months you
must make an appointment and may have your prescriptions
filled at the time of your appointment. Click

Please call for refills before
2:00 PM Monday - Friday if at all possible to allow
our staff sufficient time to handle your request. We
cannot guarantee same-day response on prescription refills.
WE DO NOT REFILL ANY PAIN
MEDICATION AT ANY TIME OTHER THAN DURING AN APPOINTMENT.
