Richard P. Hull, M.D.

Dr. Hull received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Mississippi Medical School in 1971 and then in 1974 became Chief Resident in Neurology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.

• Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
• Member of the American Medical Association, Madison County Medical Society, Medical Association State of Alabama, and the American Academy of Neurology
• Assistant Clinical Professor, Division of Medicine, School of Primary Care, University of Alabama in Birmingham - Huntsville, AL campus
• Active staff member of Crestwood Medical Center, and HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Huntsville, AL
• Principal Investigator for North Alabama Neuroscience Research Associates, Huntsville, AL
• Research activities include: Dementia, depression, epilepsy, migraine and other headaches, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy, pain syndrome, Parkinson's disease, sleep disorders, stroke and TIA
